Project Manager

As the project team leader, our project managers ensure that all project requirements and benchmarks are met on schedule and within budget. This is accomplished through development, review and revision of the project budget, coordination with architects and engineers to confirm that the space and utility services meet the equipment's requirements, creation and distribution of the Fixed Equipment Specification Book and Equipment Location Drawings, as well as oversight for all project deliverables. Within the framework of weekly HELP project team meetings, the project manager will review current project status, coordinate production needs, and address any open issues.

Our project managers have a broad skill set including clinical, administrative, and construction experience. By clear and consistent communication, and a proactive stance the Project Manager sets the tone for successful project completion.
