Larry Hampton
Principal and CEO
Larry Hampton is the Chief Executive Officer and a Principal of HELP Equipment Planning. Larry co-founded the equipment planning firm in 1983, and has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of equipment project management. Larry continues to lend his expertise as an active project manager and as the Principal-in-Charge, overseeing and supervising all project managers and team efforts in the Corporate Office in Plano, Texas.
Prior to founding HELP, Larry held three senior positions in equipment planning, including Vice President of Operations at Hou-Len Medical Enterprises; Vice President of Equipment Planning at Hospital Affiliates International; and Senior Project Manager at American Health Facilities. Larry graduated from the University of Texas in 1967 with a degree in business administration, and is a Fellow in the Health Facilities Institute.
Rodney Cadwell
Principal, President and COO
Rodney Cadwell is President, Principal and Chief Operating Officer of HELP Equipment Planning. He co-founded the equipment planning firm in 1983 and has over 35 years of experience in hospital equipment and supply purchasing, contract negotiation, systems development and implementation, budgeting and line management. Rodney also has significant experience in hospital development, equipment planning, procurement, installation and related fields.
Rodney is an active project manager and manages the Eastern Divisional Office in Clearwater, Florida. Prior to founding HELP, Rodney served as the Director of Operations at Hou-Len Medical Enterprises in Dallas, TX; administrator of several hospitals in Florida, and has served in senior positions for materials management and purchasing in the hospital setting. Rodney is a 1975 graduate of the St. Louis Community College and is a Fellow in the Health Facilities Institute.
